a. Service Providers:

  • We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Website, conducting our business, or providing services to you.
  • We use cloud services providers for our business operations, specifically Google Cloud Platform and Zoho Business Cloud. The data you share with us passes through the infrastructure of the aforementioned companies, but we do not explicitly share it with them.
  • Our Website relies on the providers below. Each processes personal information only to provide its service to us:
    • Vercel (Vercel Inc.) hosts the Website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address, browser information and the pages you request in order to deliver the Website and keep it secure.
    • Neon, a Databricks company, hosts the database that stores what you send through our contact form (your name, email address, message and the page you sent it from) and your conversations with the chat assistant on the Website. To limit abuse, we store a one-way hash of your IP address with them, never the address itself.
    • Resend sends our emails about your enquiry, such as the confirmation after you use the contact form and our reply. It processes your name, email address and the content of those emails.
    • Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) checks that contact form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It processes signals such as your IP address and browser information, solely to detect and block bots.
    • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) gives us statistics about how visitors use the Website, such as the pages viewed, the type of device and the approximate location. It runs only if you accept analytics cookies. If you accept marketing cookies, Google also uses it to measure our Google Ads.
    • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) measures whether our ads on Meta platforms lead to visits and enquiries, and lets us show relevant ads. It records the pages you visit and actions such as sending the contact form. It runs only if you accept marketing cookies.

b. Legal Requirements:

  • We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

c. Business Transfers:

  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred.

d. International Transfers:
